The server cannot be accessed although it is active. Does it somehow depend on the size of the world? The size is more than 64 megabytes.

Ive been having the same issue too. It was not working off wither java or bedrock even though the server was turned on. Just recently I could connect to a java server but bedrock still isn't working...

The world size has nothing to do with your connection issue.
The Aternos team is aware of the issues and is working on them.
