It works as the dynamic ipBut the original ip does not work!We can not make a server with a dynamic ip because when you start the server, the dynamic ip changes.Repair it please.

I just tested it and the ip works fine.
Maybe the dns information is cached on your pc or router, We have no influence on this

Its ok, some days and it will work fine!
use the Dyn-IP now! its helpful for the people who's ip is not working! -
So what do I have to do?can you help me ?
Either you just wait until it updates automatically or you flush your DNS cache.
