That is a pretty common forge thing. You just need to wait a couple of minutes to be able to join the server.

Nothing for Aternos to fix.
You probably have FastLogin plugin installed.
You get that error because you don't have a supported login plugin required by FastLogin installed.
Simply remove FastLogin(it's not a login plugin) and install a login plugin like OpeNLogin.
