    So my friend had left the server for a couple min and i decided to watch youtube and wait for him,Every couple of seconds i had pressed the "w" key so i wouldn't get kicked but after 10 min i was kicked and the server was shut down,What's up with that?

    The idletimeout is a feature of the minecraft server developed by mojang and aternos does not have any influence on this feature.
    Minecraft seems to check if you're really active and not just pressing 'w'.
