can I play worlds with different names? because if i play both mods and vanilla in one world it will be absolutely corrupted

What do you want to do?

Normally to use multiple worlds you need to use a plugin like multiverse or multiworld.

It's not possible to run a Vanilla world and a mod world on the same server. I recommend creating separate accounts / servers for that.
