Do a right click of the world folder you've joined in Single Player and choose send to -> zip folder

Please do not swear Stay Calm, Please make sure you zip your world before uploading it. Make it .zip file not .rar or .tar you can only download .zip worlds on Aternos

I have A same problem , You need To Remove The "Player" folder From That map.zip
Its make a problem , Your server will probaly Force Stop If the folder still on there
its contain Old player playing on map,after you remove it Backup your server first and then Reupload your serverLike if the post is help full

the options will be showed before you Zipped or Rared The file or just make the name BlahBlag.zip on the name column

Left, then right click on your map you want to be made in a archiving file.
Click "Open with", and do WinRAR, 7-zip, or whatever type of archiving program you have.
Name it whatever you want to be, you can make it a zip, or a .RAR. I'm pretty sure that .RAR is better.
(For example, EpicWorld.rar or AwesomeWorld.zip. xD. You can have spaces when you name it.
It should be on your Desktop, if not, just comment down below, i'll try to help as much as possible.

Thanks for the help friends! But I can´t play anyway this modpack, that modpack is my favourite but I can´t play it
The others that I want to play too I can´t 
Fuck my life I tried to play the modpack without my map, I try to create another account to play it but I can´t to so Idk what to do more, I said to my 2 friends for they try too and they can not start the server too. Thanks you can close the thread there is nothing you can do for me already.
