Hello i need help, when i connect to my server i cant move (my friends can) only when i wil jump and press W i can but only in air 
, then i need help because i tried remove Auth Me but still i cant move and i cant change nickname because i am premium player and i don't wanna lost items on other server. Thanks for help!

Check if you have installed any other plugin like AuthMe.
Also you could try to clear your effects. -
Please try to use the following command.
/effect {MC-Name} clear
Use the command without the {}
Try it in the console and in the chat -
I tried it but still i cant move and it said- i dont have any effect...

I assume that the problem is caused by a plugin.
Please remove plugin for plugin.
As soon as the problem does not occur anymore you know which plugin caused it. -
the issuse is from Essentials plugin
if you are opped do /speed 1
and u can move again,Aternos servers is 100% fine, but you becarefull from plugins,
