I have EssentialsPro, bPermissions and a SetWarp plugin installed on my server, none of them work and I can only change my gamemode in-game. Does anyone know why?
I can hardly use any commands.

Do you get any error message after entering the command?
Any error messages in the console? -
What do you get when you enter the command /plugins? Are the plugins displayed? If so, are the names displayed in red?
Did you restart your server after installing the plugins? -
