Server starts loading but then Closes

I pressed the OPEN botton and it said I had to wait 37 minutes.. okay, I stayed in the same page for 37 minutes and then it said it was opening, so I waited and the opening text changed to closing. And now I need to wait 40 minutes. Is there a way to fix this problem?

Loading -> Starting -> Loading -> Closing -> Stopped

Yes, I checked the console but nothing appears, It's like if it didn't open
I use Bukkit 1.12.2
My Aternos username is Lunch31

I thought this was already solved for me but today I tried again and the same thing happened, The queue finished and Loading -> Starting -> Loading -> Closing -> Stopped

And now I need to wait again .-. I'm not 100% if it was Loading -> starting, etc but I know it said Starting and I waited like.. 7 minutes and then I looked and it said Closed

Oh, I searched in the Plugins page and there are 2 EssentialsX file, I tried both but i don't know which one I should be using .-.

Edit: Oh, I need to download both?

I'm using this one: https://aternos.org/plugins/p/9089 and it says EssentialsX, thats the one I've always used. This one gives the big error message

I don't know why this is happening but I downloaded in the plugin page EssentialsX and in the logs it says Essentials and not EssentialsX. I've tried with both EssentialsX and it says just Essentials .-.
