server seems to work well in vanilla ,

My server stops directly when I connect. Was resolved but 1 day after the problem come back

Yes.
Install your old bukkit/spigot version again and remove plugin by plugin.
As soon as you can connect again, you know which plugin causes the problem.

I removed the ChestShop plugin and the server seems to work properly
