Cant Join My Own Server

  • Hello Its me CapG Again... ive been having truoble connecting to my server... i restarted it many times but still nothing... i always got this message "Internal Exception, java.io.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host" i tried looking at my log and i havent found any problems.. here is my server ip: GemsCrafter.aternos.me

  • No, because i have only 1 pc, sorry if i replied late... because i was busy playing other servers rather than my own because of the problem...and trust me... i tried joining again before typing this message and still nothing :-:

    Deadly_MC hmm im using cracked launcher... i checked the folder of minecraft whatever is that thingy and i dont have server.properties folder there! do i have to make one or do i have to install another different type of cracked launcher?...

    There`s no way in hell im doing that sicko!;)

    Try check https://aternos.org/log, press "Share" and send me link. It could be 1 plugin of yours causing massive spam in the log

  • I've also been having this problem frequently recently, unsure why. But here's a list of temporary fixes that have worked for me:


    1. Turn off your firewall.

    2. Try a different network, if you can. For example, your mobile phone's data (if you can).

    3. Clear your DNS cache. To do this, open the command line (search for cmd on windows) and type "ipconfig /flushdns" without the "",then press enter.

    4. Uninstall all instances of Java and install the correct one (windows 32 or 64 bit accordingly).


    Unsure if related, but try starting your server (on the website), then restart your computer and open only minecraft. That worked once for me.
