server won't start

Every time I go to start my pixelmon reforged server it says it starts but for some reason it never start it then switches to turning off the server This has occured to also some of my friends it always occurs when we update the pack to the latest version and none of us want to start over and none of us want to lose our progress is there any way to get the server to open and run even if some items are missing? My server's IP is: setherman12345.aternos.me

How exactly do I do that? The share part.
