I went in console and did the "op (my user)" and on my server I can do the /help and get a few commands. But I want to also be able to kick and ban people. What do I have to write in console to allow myself to do this or is there something else to do?

well there should be a command /kick and /ban there you can type behind the command the username to ban /kick the player

In addition, the help command provides multiple pages.
You can see the other pages by using "/help 2" "/help 3" "/help 4" etc.
