I create skyblock word and spawn 1 mob per hour hour. It has how to increase the spawn of mobs or server drastically reduces the spawn of mob?

On which difficulty are you ? Easy, Normal, Hard ?
Or it is about the spawn protection, maybe, try to put it to 0 in your server settings.
I'm not a professional in healping people, so excuse me if it didn't work.
