A player (unnamed) hacked my server
, so all member aren't able to join now because this player used a repeating command block which is always active with the command /kill @a[his name].

Moved the thread from forum Feedback/Suggestions to forum Server. -
Stop your server.
Switch your server to vanilla and make sure commandblocks are disabled on the options page.
start your server.
Then find out how the command loop got created. (Command Blocks, Plugin configuration etc.)
After removing the command loop change back to your plugin software.
