Server stops

I've got so many problems with server. First of all it sometimes stops right after turning it on. Secondly, a few times a day it suddenly stops when i'm playing and last, the ping is very high. I'm playing with 2 friends on modded 1.12.2. Please help!

I think so but i'm not sure, i might have messed something up. Should i do it again after crash?

So the server crashed again and i saw "stopping" on the server page, when server finished stopping i copied the logs.
