Server will randomly time me out, then the server will being stopping and shutdown as soon as i timeout

I'm not really sure what to make of this and I've tried looking in the logs but haven't seen any consistent things popping up. It happens when my friend is on the server too and I don't think it's internet related. Sorry I'm new to the forums if this is in the wrong place or you need other info :).

This is the log that happened when i tried to load up the server today. It was starting up but never finished, and eventually just began stopping. I'll keep trying to get the server online so i can show the logs from when its online and times out.

Also the modpack is Mianite reborn from technic.

Noticed that if i'm with a friend it seems to make the server last longer before we timeout
