installed 26 mods, problems started after using the time machine...
Here is what I found:

I've actually talked to a few players experiencing problems after xaeroes minimap being used. If its ok without it I would definately remove it. If this happens while exploring, especially New chunks, its probably adding some stuff to the generation of New chunks, wich can already be a Source of rubberbanding ingame, especially when the load on the servers are high.

Agreed, minimap mods even lag singleplayer worlds

As I thought, the problem is in the time machine. I returned to the past and did not create it. The problem disappeared despite the server overloaded.

This happens to me on Spigot even though i only have MobSpawnSettings plugin to make monster spawn bigger. PLUS this happened to me on vanilla too.
How can i fix it? It's really annoying.

I have a similar problem on my mcpe server when i fall from hight limit it keep reverting me 20-30 back up and it really hurts my eyes i run pmmp 3.8.6 and have ~10 plugins server logs say player moved to fast reverting movement
