my server wont work

When I try to join my server, it just gets stuck on "encrypting" and wont do anything and then will time out. Another thing that it does is when you go in the server list when you click multiplayer, next to the server name, it should say something like "1/10" players. For me, it just has "???". How do I fix this?

When I look in console, it says that it might be overloaded and its running at a crazy high MS. And I do not know what DynIP is?

I followed the video, it still didnt work. It still is stuck on encrypting and "???" inplace of the players.
