Server Transferring.

I currently Have quite a long-running world with my friends, but due to so many people being on, Aternos just cant handle it, theres constant Lag, and its generally annoying. (Im not badmouthing aternos, its not your fault.) Is there a way I can transfer my world and everything we have built on it to a different server host? Thanks!
