I can't join in any Aternos server

Hi Aternos Team,

this morning I wanted to play on my friend's server but I can't. When I try to join in it says "Disconnected" and when I see the MOTD it says "Can't connect to server". When I try to join my server happens the same thing. What I should do? I'm awaiting an answer. Thanks.

I can see my server's IP, the MOTD and how many people are playing on. My server's offline. The problem is when the server's online.

I can't join even with the DynIP. It doesn't show the DynIP (I know what is the DynIP).
