Please help!

So, I started a new world on my cracked minecraft (TLauncher), and I started the world like normal, but I installed a few plugins too, I do not know how to delete them so can someone help me out with that too? But the server started crashing a lot, and I mean a LOT. I can't even play it for like 15 minutes without it kicking me and crashing.

Little update: I turned off mobs from the game and it's working perfectly fine, thank you.
