Forcibly closed error

Hello. I've been wanting to start playing a modded survival Aternos server with my friends for nearly four days now, but whenever I join I get the error shown in the image. I read the article where I should start a traceroute and then make a ticket to Aternos, but I got answered with a bot. I believe it was fixed, but I tried it and it still didn't work. I don't know what to do. I just wanted to play Minecraft with my friends, I didn't think it'd be this hard and I'm getting extremely worked up about it.
