server crashing on startup

Hi, i recently downloaded my first mod to try on the server but it keeps crashing on the startup, for what i can understand in the log, theres something missing to run the mod but im new to all this and im not quiet sure if i read it correctly.

alos i just downloaded the mod in the aternos website to use in my world but i havent downloaded anything else, dont know if i need to download the same mod in my computer and save it in some another folder?
