Hi guys Ive been trying to figure out how to get on a server me and my friend were playing on till i noticed that the server is deleted from aternos. I never remembered deleting the server at all so please help me we had alot of progress on it

With "deleted" i assume you mean it's no longer in the https://aternos.org/servers/ tab and that it's gone completely? If so, the progress you've lost you can recover on another server with backups, (if you had those enabled that is) and you'd need to enable backups on a new server with the same Google account as the other one.

Also, was it over 6 months old?

Was the last time you played on it 6 months ago? Or more?

After 6 months your files are pending for deletion, so unless you have backups, it's gone
