All my data was lost, my mods, my files and my world.

So me and my friend had a forge server, because we had started a survival world with mods a few weeks ago. (like 2 ig.) and on 30th of july, this thursday, at around 8 pm, i logged out of my account, as i wanted to log into another one (so i can start another server of mine). but... today, when i logged back, literally everything we've built, all the files and everything was lost. All the data was lost. I didn't download the map to my computer, as I didn't think the data would be deleted if i log out of the server for a day or so. I don't know what happened because i know that on other sites, the server deletes after 1 month if you don't play on it. But i didn't think it was the case for aternos..I also didn't have backups turned on, so I don't know what to do and i'm scared because we worked a lot on that server, built an entire jungle base, a mansion, hidden labs and we were ready to show some of our other friends the world. I honestly am so lost and don't know what to do. Is there any way i can get my world back? Please, I don't know what to do and I don't want to lose it because we worked a lot. This is the first time something like this has happened to me, and i just don't know what to do. so please, if you know how to help, do it. I'm desperate...
