I Op myself and turned on command blocks just in case, but I cant use commands. I can send screenshots if needed, but it keeps saying unknown command

I added them as OP and for some reason it still isnt doing commands.
go to console and type /op (USERNAME) i've tried making myself op using the operators tab but for some reason it didnt work but when i used the command it worked.
