Pack Error

So i uploaded my pack to server. Changed last link number form 0 to 1. And started the server.

Nothing happened. It shows the window where you can accept the pack or decline. Wen you click "yes" it shows the window

where the pack is Uploading. When the upload done, i login and my Emerald blocks not changed. It should change with the pack.

[Server thread/WARN]: You specified a resource pack without providing a sha1 hash. Pack will be updated on the client only if you change the name of the pack

Any idea how to fix that?

So i changed the name in Drop Box : From Byte2 to Resource Pack and new link

And still nothing changed ...

So i changed from 3 to 6, uploaded again to drop box, changed the link in server settings, and set the =0 to =1 and still nothing
