Why does everytime I have to connect to the DYN IP, is this normal?

I have a Private SMP For Youtubers/Streamers and some random people, Now everytime I join to the IP

you always have connection lost, and you need to connect to the DYN IP, Everytime I have to connect to the IP, and now I have installed

GeyserMC, and I need to put the IP that always disconnects and tells you to go the DYN IP to join, Is this normal? because I need to know, if not normal, then I need a solution.

it didnt work i still have to connect the the dny ip everytime, im going to use GeyserMC But the ip address is not working

Yes i got some error, and lets me try to connect the dyn ip, im using geysermc to use my bedrock acc, but if i put the ip in the config.yml, it will just turn the ip into a nonsense place(since it always says connection lost), if i put the dyn ip, it works but it changes ;-;

The meaning here is I keep getting this message, ("Connection Lost, Connect to ""Dyn Ip " ")
