How do I allow people on my server to break things without giving them op? I have a few pluggins and the spawn protection is set to 0.

Remove EssentialsXAntiBuild and EssentialsXProtect from the plugins folder.

hmm i removed those but it is still not working here are the ones i have now

Did you try restarting the server? also remove EssentialsXXMP and EssentialsXGeoIP, they are unnecesary files that give you some errors in the log.
