I cant enter my server but my friend cant: Failed to synchronize registry data from server, closing connection

Its been two weeks since my friend joined me on my server he kept having problems on entering the server, how do i fix it? I tried deleting two of my mods but i still don't know why its not working

He needs to have the exact same configs and mods in order to join.

Tell him to delete his config folder.

If it's working for you try to send your config and mods folder to him.

Also he should make sure that he uses the same forge version.
