I have converted/deleted all mods to 1.16.1, and regenerated the world, but it is still having the same error. At some point it stopped, but now it's happening again.

You have multiple mods installed which are made for 1.16.3 instead of 1.16.1

Try remove apotheosis / deadly loot, whatever the mod name is

The server still crashed
Figuring out more ways and deleting some unwanted mods, hopefully that works.
Sometimes the server crashes when preparing spawn, there's a mod that's making it carsh again but I can't figure out which.
