K i’m working on a server by my self and i wondered if can it can stay 24/7 or it stays online if no ones afk? i don’t really know how the system works

That's not possible.
Running your server 24/7 is not possible because we are a 100% free service. We only have limited resources, and we want to make sure that these resources are used by active players.
Trying to circumvent that will result in your server being deleted.
This also means that you can't stay afk on your server

You get kicked for staying AFK, and the server will turn off then

Probably not, pocketmine is stuck on 1.12.2 and I don't think there's a plugin for netherite things
