my plugin is not working , and my server is lagging so hard

hello , i am new to this webstite and i have a server , i was thinking to add a plugin called realsticanimals , so when i installed it , and got in my 1.12.2 server , i did the commands and they did nothing! the plugin was green , but it wasnt working , i was very confused what was happening

please help me i do not know how to fix this , realisticanimals isnt working when i run its commands

i did not make the plugin its from bukkt/spigot
and i get very very high ping on my server i dont know its lagging and a plugin isnt working!!!

my server has a problem and i dont know why is it lagging and plugin not working and it was green

"doesn't work" is not a good description of your problem. What command did you try to use?, what happened when you used that command?

Ping is client side btw, but if your server is lagging, this article might help you.

I tried to use /animals and /realisticanimals
nothing happens
/realisticanimals and /animals do not work and nothing happens
thats how its not working
And i have another question
If i switch to a new server software , will all of my backups will be deleted?

No, backups are saved in your Google Drive so they can't be deleted if you switch the software. You can even delete your server, and your backups will still be there.

I done that , Nothing happend , no error , no message

Yes , The server was wating in queue!
The plugin is installed!

Then your server was not online. Start your server and when you see "Online" on the Server page, go to the console and run the command.

Maybe reinstalling the plugin can make it work! if not , then the plugin may have an error
