So I'm hosting a server with Java 1.11.0 Bukkit mc. I have the GeyserMC plugin which allows for Bedrock players to play on my server. Alongside that I have the plugin called ViaVersion which allows newer versions of MC to a server. My friend who runs minecraft bedrock pocket edition tries to join the server but is unable to. I don't see how that can be possible as the two plugins mentioned above should eliminate that issue. How could I possibly fix this? Is there a way to fix this?

Does the error say "Unable to connect to world"?

Make sure you typed the correct IP and port, you can find the IP and port of that server here: https://aternos.org/server#connect
If you are sure, try this article: Unable to connect to world.

If you run spigot / bukkit 1.11 i think it wont work. host it on 1.16 and use viabackwards
