My friend, (Username oldtravioli) is trying give me (Username La8ghost) access to his server but every time he does, everything seems normal but after he refreshes the page, all his changes are gone. Is there a reason behind this and what is its potential fix?

From what he says, he does. Also I haven't mentioned this but i did use to have friend access before but on day, I log in and see his server missing for me. I told me to add me back and this is the issue we are facing now.

Please check again with your friend that the username he tries to add is really yours.
If it still does not work and he thinks he's doing everything right he could take a video and send it to us.

I changed my username and it seems to work now, the server admin decided not to cooperate when it came to using a recorder.
