Me and my friends had a server that we were working on, and we put a lot of hours into it. We havent played on it in around 3-4 months due to school. Today I went to launch it and play with my friend and it wasn't there. Did my server get deleted? If so where do backups automatically store so I can use my backup.

Aternos never deletes your server from what I know.
If you hooked up a google account to your Aternos account for backups, it should be stored in your Google Drive.
If you were trying to keep your server 24/7, that could be why.

Wrong. Servers get deleted after a few months https://support.aternos.org/hc…retention-of-server-data-
If you had backups, you can simply make a new server and load those backups
