FTB Interactions server crashing mid startup

Hello there, I am trying to run a server for my friends (FTB Interactions), but it crashes while starting.
I looked up multiple forum posts about the same problem with different modpacks, but almost every one of them had some mod problems
or timeout problems.

The server started multiple times, but it takes hours to start (retrying a lot of times).

It's a big modpack, so it can happen that it doesn't manage to start during the 10m. All you can do is try again a few times or choose another modpack

Not able to join my own server. Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 27, size: 5

What are aternos server specs.
