Terra Swoop Force Aternos server addition help.

I actually wanted to play the Terra Swoop Force map with my friend so I used aternos to do it. However, there is a properties file that has to be added into the servers folder if I want to actually play the game. Or else, the game wont run properly. Its a map with a resource pack and a bit of coding and the properties file ensures that everything runs smoothly. Anyway I can add a file onto the servers file? Its the same thing as the server.properties file that you can find currently in aternos.

No like its a properties file. Its used to replace the server.properties file inside of the server files, to ensure that the server runs smoothly.

Ok yeah I was able to do that after converting the other server properties file into a notepad and seeing all of the properties, but is there anyway to increase ping? Today when I tried it the thing was just going crazy
