I changed my username from "funnyfaris10" to "sarcasticpoet_" and I lost my items on a cracked server.
I am a premium player though. If I change my name back, will I get my items back?

You can just download Tlauncher and put your name to funnyfaris10, i got banned that way someone with Tlauncher used my name and used hacks

That isn't really an option for me, I'm just trying to see if I can get it back once I revert my name back in 30 days.

yes, you should.
But you can also try to fix the playerdata:
- Take a backup on the backups page
- Download the world on the worlds page
- Find out the offline UUID of your old name and the new name on http://tools.glowingmines.eu/
- Rename your player file (which is named after you old UUID) in world/playerdata to the new one
- Upload the world again
