The I.P doesnt work and I have to keep using the Dyn

My buddies and I have to keep re entering a new dyn cus the real i.p wont work and it never has. Ive tried changing the dns also and had no luck in it. Anyone willing to help?

i tried both flushing and changing my dns. in my other friends' servers they dont seem to have an issue with this

yup no typo it says cannot connect to server then when i try to connect itll say io.netty.channel.abstractchannel$annotatedconnectexception connection timed out no further information

wont that delete all my files for minecraft? because i have tried that before and my dtuff for minecraft ended up getting deleted and didnt work for me
