I removed files permissions after that and now he says he doesnt even need files perms now and he says he can check inv, achievements and etc without them, how do i stop him from doing it, he has only start and log perms on aternos.
My friend used to download the world using files and edit files data to give him whatever he wants or something idk

Make sure he has no console access and is not OP on your server.
In case you have plugins on your server make sure that there is no plugin that allows him to do that.
