I cant join my Modded Server

Hey so, i can't join my modded server.

This message appears to me when I want to enter:

Connection Lost - Mismatched Mod Channel List

I tried everything i saw on Google but i still cand join the server, any ideas?

You don't have the same mods on your pc and version.

I do have all the mods, i double check everytime i put a mod on the server.

But i have some bonus mods for my singleplayer world, re these likely to be the problem?

Maybe, try removing them unless they are clienside mods.

Also check the version of each mod.

The client log typically provides the information which mods are exactly missing and where.
