It seems like all the workers are dying because they are trying to load something, but it is too much for the server... if a worker dies it's like terminating a lot of stuff
ANYWAYS
It might be a problem with the world.. is this a new generated world or is it an already generated one? If it's an already generated one, try generating a new one to see if the problem still happens. if it doesn't happen then there's a problem with the world
Try removing some mods.
Mods can be the big problem because they are needed to be on the right MC version..
Try getting a different version of the mod
Some mod versions could be broken because of some code error(s)
Try to get an older or newer version of the mod(s)
If any of those don't work, then you could have a bad Fabric version or something

[12:12:04] [Aternos System/ERROR]: Server was stopped because it took too long to start. Try reducing the load to avoid this in the future.
