If you have Paper/Bukkit installed, you can go into files/bukkit.yml and scroll down to the 24th line "shutdown message". Change "Server closed" to whatever close message you want. That's the only customizable message I know.

When You Try To Connect It Will Still Say It’s Aternos Message

I'm sorry but that's all I know. The Aternos message personnaly doesn't bother me or anyone I know, but if it really bothers you that bad, you can go run your server somewhere else. Not saying that's necessarily a good idea since you'll have to pay, but if it's worth it, then sure.
