Why can i not join my server?

Could someone help. and tell me why my server wont load on minecraft? i have the server on 1.17.1 fabric. theres NO Error in logs. but when im in minecraft. and want to join it keeps saying "Connecting to the server..." and wont load. Please help

i have no idea, its some Weird stuff. something like §j§&/%/J idk. something in that way. i cant copy it or write it here
