Modded server keeps crashing

i am unable to start my brand new modded server, and for the life of me i cant figure out why. i have the logs, so can anyone help?

(im new to the forums, please be kind)

Try creating a backup and re-installing the newest version of the modpack / mods.

the thing is, all of the mods are already at their latest updates. ill definitely try though.
