can someone help me with putting resourcepacks in the server? I have tried alot of different websites and none of them show up ingame. I have tried Dropbox too but the same thing happens.

You did it wrong. You zipped a folder that contains the assets, the mcmeta file and the png.
You have to zip directly the assets, the mcmeta file and the png. I don't know if I explained myself correctly.
