Hi my server (smp vannila with login plugin and discord srv and a fewplugins)
is using too much ram, i herd that too much ram usage in server can damage mc world so i dont want my world to be damaged
is there any way to fix this high ram usage?

I don't think that is high ram usage, that just your server trying to give you the best possible gameplay quality
That chart will always be nearly full since this is how Java works.
help my server crashing now of low ram how do i fix this i dont have much heavy plugins / not eeven much a hand full of lil pliguns and thats it 
i play with 3 to 4 ppl 
Share the server log using the share button on the log page.

The server is on paper. + i only have skin restorer , core protect , world edit, opeNlogin ,Discordsrv silk spawner , super vanish das it (i already removed some unwanted ones)

Start the server, play normally, and when it crashes share the log.
