Fabric Rendering Fluids error

It recommends to download "fabric-textures-v0", is that even possible?
Why this happening in the first place is what I'm mainly wondering...

I'll also add, it doesn't crash client side. I'm guessing the problem has to do with fabric-textures-v0, which it says in the log that is disabled (?)

It is crashing, and as you said it is related to Fabric API. Can I change the fabric API version on server side? The version currently is 12.5 (to 11.7 would be ideal right?)

I got confused. When I say fabric API, I actually mean the fabric loader.

Update: I uninstalled the mod "bewitch ment" and all of its requirements, and the server isn't crashing anymore. The problem was most likely due to incompatibility if I had to guess, although I'm not sure with what.
